Best cacti drink flavor8/27/2023 He's different and he knows this, especially when it comes to his business moves outside music. If you don't know about Scott, his ragey rock-like approach to rap performances has captured crowds since the early '10s. The CACTI drink - and its associated brand - is a product of Scott and his Cactus Jack team. You can grab it in nine-packs of 12 ounce cans or purchase individual lime or pineapple flavors in 16 ounce and 25 ounce cans. This 7% ABV drink is made with 100% Mexican premium blue agave and comes in lime, strawberry, and pineapple flavors. The potential in it really changed my mind.įinal Score: Strawberry 6/10, Lime 10/10, Pineapple 5/10.CACTI is a hard seltzer produced by Meadow Creek Beverage Co. I'm thinking the Pineapple could definitely be used to make cheap pina colada flavored drinks just use one can and some coconut milk and bam a pina colada without the hard liquer. Pineapple I may have judged to harshly especially going into the first drink with the thought of me not liking it but I see potential in it being a great mixer. The Lime flavor when revisting it exceeded my initial thoughts on it and is honestly what everyone should want in a flavored hard seltzer something that taste good the whole time, has no bad after taste, and goes with the grain. Being of clearer head and after I finished drinking it I realized my first thoughts on the drink were wrong and I should reconsider what I thought. The Strawberry flavor still had the same strong candy start that faded quick which really sucks since it doesn't lessen the blow of the alcohol after taste. Pineapple was an absolute 0/0.įinal thoughts: The next 2 days I drank the last 6 cans and made sure to do it with food in my stomach so the buzz would not alter my taste since we all know the more you drink the better everything taste and looks. The first taste was bad and the after taste was worse I didn't even want to finish the drink but forced it down. Finally on to Pineapple which tasted about as bad as I would expect it 8/10. Next I drank the Lime and I was honestly expecting them to attempt to make it taste like Sprite but I was wrong it was its own thing a nice refreshing light citrus drink that paired well with the alcohol after taste by lessening the harshness of it. The flavor while strong faded fast and the agave alcohol flavor took over which was fine it felt balanced 9/10. The smell of the drink smelled like strawberry candy and the taste was like those strawberry candies that you always get from people but can never find. Now when I first drank the Strawberry flavor I made a small mistake by drinking on an empty stomach which means about halfway through I was feeling buzzed. I planned to drink Strawberry first which is a hit or miss flavor for some brands with some tasting like pure citrus, second would be Lime which is a solid easy flavor to pull off and taste good so I wasnt surprised when they even said the flavor, last I would drink Pineapple since I knew for a fact it would be nasty as pineapple flavoring usually is though I love fresh pineapple.įirst thoughts: Before going on about the taste I will say the price to product ratio is very fair with a single can being around 2 dollars so im happy for about the price not being novelty expensive. Before buying I looked up the flavors and ingredients to help me decide in which order I should drink them in. Travis' drink "Cacti" has been out for a while now and I was able to get a case within the first week of release.
